Kingdom Come 10 Miler & 5k run
The Castleisland 10 mile and 5km road race is organised by An Riocht Athletics Club. As one of the top track & field clubs in Munster, it has its own full size 400m athletics track in Castleisland and is the only one of its kind in the county.
Proceeds from the race go towards the upkeep and maintenance of the track and the facilities there which is of benefit to all athletic clubs in the county.
