The Riocht grounds are located at Crageens Castleisland and boasts an international standard 400 Meter Tartan Athletics Track with in field Soccer Pitch and a new State of the Art Gym with Spa Facilities. Riocht Health & Leisure club members enjoy a welcoming environment where everyone at every level of fitness can feel comfortable. Our main fitness suite offers top of the range exercise machines, free weight and cardiovascular equipment. Our rates are below and they include membership of gym, track and relaxation suite as well as free personalised fitness programme.

Personal training is a way to help you attain greater fitness and health awareness. The coaches at An Riocht motivate clients by setting goals and providing expert feedback. Personal training can be a one off session to provide you with a programme or educate you on techniques for various exercise movements. Personal training can be done on a continuous basis to ensure you on achieving your goals, keeping exercise varied and exciting and most importantly give you the motivation that so many people need when training.
