An Riocht is a hive for fitness enthusiasts and being immersed into this fantastic atmosphere is sure to give you a feel-good vibe. As well as that, we offer something for everyone, from the high-performance athlete to the beginner exerciser. You build from your own starting point.

JUVENILE TRAINING

Juvenile training times:

  • U9 to u12: Monday’s 5.45 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. and Wednesday 6.00 to 7.00 p.m.
  • U13 to U19: Monday’s 6.15 p.m.to 7.15 p.m. and Thursday’s 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Registration Forms available at reception. There is 1 Euro charge per training session. For further details, contact our super head coach Mary on 0877523837.

COUCH TO 5K

Keep an eye out on our Facebook page and news section for couch to 5k updates. Our current season runs on Mondays at 7.15pm and Thursdays at 8.15pm and will finish on April 7th with a 5k run.

GROUP CLASSES

Become a member of our health club and avail of our track, gym and relaxation suite, on joining you also receive a free morning group exercise class from Monday to Friday at 9.30am and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.40am plus special reductions on evening class rates. Senior Athletics: If you are interested in training for competitive athletics be it track and field, cross country or road running give us a call, we will advise you on training groups.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a way to help you attain greater fitness and health awareness. The coaches at An Riocht motivate clients by setting goals and providing expert feedback. Personal training can be a one off session to provide you with a programme or educate you on techniques for various exercise movements. Personal training can be done on a continuous basis to ensure you on achieving your goals, keeping exercise varied and exciting and most importantly give you the motivation that so many people need when training.
